I'd like to buy an argument....

Well, sell the 4.0 on Craigslist...tell 'em they can hear it run. Then take the money and get what will "Slip right in" to your car. I've pulled this stunt before...

    Holy Flying Pistons!

Everything is jumping up. Real glad I bought my 360 pistons (JE's) last summer and my Mahle's for my Buick last fall. Energy price jumps make all prices jump, and then demand for non-essentials falls. Can't wait to see what this summer brings with $5+ a gallon fuel...

Chrysler electronic ignition conversion (keep the lean burn stuff on the air cleaner, but empty/disconnected), pull the cat and just go to town hollowing it out. That would be a good primer...

    aluminum wheel torque PSA

Hey Robert, I was taught about this years ago by a retired AF mechanic in Ohio. He had me clean the contact area's and wheel studs, then use just a smear of boat trailer grease (holy monkey is that some tenacious stuff!) on those parts. I don't live in the rust belt anymore, but still employ...

Real mopar people dont act that way

Thought so- I know I've talked to you before, too. I've always said that Seattle is a big metropolotian area, but when you travel in certain circles this place isn't that huge

Real mopar people dont act that way

Eric, you use to live up behind Highline Medical Center, no? I use to drive a red '67 Dart GT and a white '68 GT as well as a dark blue '99 Supercharged Regal GS. My wife was a microbiologist/pathology 'scope monkey' there and I'd see that car when I'd exit out the backside of the emergency room...

    My M on the Cheap

Helping the one guy source parts for the resto's on the Seattle Metropolitian Police Museum cars, got a double bonus- I still have the unit number in the drivers door pillar area, so I gave it to him (along with the VIN). When he gets a chance he'll be able to pull the fleet records of the car...

    Before, (During), After

I'll have to get some more shots of my GF up- the only ones I put up were from when I got it out of my buddy's barn and washed it. Got it over to the shop (another friend) and began working on it- full tune, servicing, and then...the coolant dribble was cured by replacing the timing cover gasket...
