Unless you're absolutely in love with this car I wouldn't pay that. I like the '74-'78 New Yorkers and Newports and would love to have one but I'd rather pay half that and get a real clean stock one, but as written it's all in one's taste. And I also agree all the snags should be worked out for that money. That's top dollar for this car.

Seats look to be from a 1977 NYB. 76 and 78 cloth seats had the pillow top seats just like the shape for leather ones for all those years had.

That thing hits the for sales every once in a while every where it’s not supposed to be.

To buy this one has to really want it to keep it. Not many people who want a luxo barge as these cars are want a floor mounted 4 speed or seats from a 1977 (cloth) Stock all the way for me. Too many nice ones still coming up for sale to consider this one at any price.
