My '77 wagon (which is a low end car).
Until about 1979-'81 or so, I would say about 1/2 (if not more) of all Chrysler made cars came without a passenger side mirror. I know I installed a boat load of Right side mirrors when i worked at a Chrysler dealership (either condition of vehicle sale or later upgrades).
That said, most J-bodies came with Right side mirrors and maybe most M-bodies came with Right mirrors. I can't remember upgrading the mirror to any J-body and only a few for M-body.
F, B and A body - yes (lots) as well as M and the early K/E-bodies.
Around 1981 or so, the Right side mirror become a lot more standard from Chrysler, and percentage went up from there.
I also installed a boat load of cruise control upgrades, power brake upgrades, clocks and so forth.
Smokers love low end cars and surprisingly enough, some low end cars don't come with cigar lighters (hehe).
