4 speed assembly/setup

I want a 4 speed setup for aspen.

Don't know what it would take to get it to canada but I have a full 4 speed set-up for sale with pedals and column the only thing missing is the frame pivot. I'd like to get $500 for everything.

Shipping to Canada is peanuts. I do have an address is north dakota if that makes it easier.
