Just as the poll says, figured I'd throw it out there and get some opinions.

In my fleet I have two automatics. The Dip is one of them. The '69 Sport Satellite is the other. As I've been building my cars over the little bit of time I've been able to, I promised Sarah I'd keep a couple in the fleet that she was able to drive. She couldn't drive stick.

I'd been kicking around the idea of the idea of going ahead and doing a stick conversion on the Dip, as it kinda fits more with the overall plans for the car.

So, what do you guys think?

And, take into account, the Sport Satellite will always be an automatic. The car is rare enough that I'm doing a concourse on it.

Someone makes a 5 speed for a Mopar that uses the same 4-speed shifter and it bolts up to a small or large bearing opening bell housing. I can see if I can find the link.

Wouldn't it be just as much cutting to get a six speed in? Same cuts, more gears.
