I have a 7-1/4" axle in my 1973 Duster, it is new enough to have the threaded side adjusters on the carrier bearings, not shim packs. I don't know if different 7-1/4" axle years had differences in the ring and pinion. I've never heard of any.
I'm looking for a 2.94 ring and pinion set for it. In very good condition, no rust on the gear teeth.
