$200, who cares if it's an open diff, it'll bolt in and it's better than a 7 1/4

You can always put a limited slip into an 8 1/4", as long as it isn't one of the high geared ones (anything higher than 2.72:1, I think). It would have been a real help to specify the gearing on this differential. I'm not one of those who can figure out a gear ratio from a picture.
