I gotta climb under the car and replace my rear brake lines before I go back to work on, Tuesday.
I have enough nickel coated copper lines and fittings to do a couple of these cars.
My question, I think comes down to preference…do you guys like using, bare stainless steel clamps, rubber coated P-clamps or those hose blocks to mount and secure your brake lines to the frame?

Cheers.

I prefer bare also. For the look and because I've seen cars in the past where the lines were rusted worse where the rubber coated or plastic clips were.

If using standard brake lines, bare. Using NiCu steel, less problem with coated. If using stainless, coated is better because of dielectric effects and bare can cause the clips to rot out faster because of the SS.
