Can the A body oil pan fit the F or M body? Looking for a 7 qt. pan and all I found was a Milodon for $450.00.

Will the pan need to be modified in anyway?

It shouldn't, unless it's noted as such. However, you might want to consider adding a skid plate, a la factory Hemi/Six Pack musclecars, to the bottom of your K to protect the sump. Ground clearance will be limited to say the least.
