I got a new front e brake cable but it came without the metal one way clips that go on the cable to hold it into the foot pedal assembly on one end and into the frame on the other end. Where do I get these? Does Dorman have them?

I'm not sure. Looked through the Dorman site, Clips and Fasteners site, Napa, etc. and came up zip.
I had the same thing about 10 years ago. Reused the one at the pedal but under the car I ended up threading the end with a die and using a nut to attach the cable to the cross brace.
Why the new cables don't come with clips is kind of a mystery, especially since they seem to be made from unobtainium. Of course, that could be why the aren't included with the cable also.

You didn't mention as to which car this is for, so I looked one up on my '79 parts manual (see attachments).
If I was to guess, it is Dodge part number 2201467 - which appears to still available new ($3.75 (each) US, as of March 1, 2021). This is an part number used on the '60's Chrysler products - so I'm sure someone repop's it (just don't know who...).

According to the '79 catalog I have, it shows the clip at the pedal as 3767939 and the one under the car as 3467939.

The 2201467 is the u-clip for the rear cables at the frame bracket, not meaning to contradict you BudW!
