Fuel Line

tube is tube. aluminum doesn't bend very nicely. tends to crack when it has had enough movement. use some copper/steel line instead

Depends on what line. Use the new easy to bend stuff.

You get what you pay for, the cheap stuff can start rusting pretty quickly.

I wanna change the line from the fuel filter to carb I have a metal line now but they guy cut it shorter so that would be 3/8" ? where dod get the good stuff not looking to buy cheap

I'm thinking factory was all 5/16"...no?

Anyways, if you go bigger that's no problem (nor value add) providing that you match up correctly at both ends, meaning: good hose clamp and carb fitting match.

But to avoid all that trouble I'd rather run with a factory size.

Yeah I'd stick with 5/16" steel line for that application, you can get good pre-bent stuff from Classic Industries or just get straight sections from NAPA and bend it yourself.
