Don't be putting the snow shovels away just yet.....Foercast shows -11 by Saturday and snow likely on Tuesday and Friday. It's going to be -5 tomorrow.

And when you say slugging at work does that mean you are on your 5th Double Double?

I wish. Don't even have any real tea bags here. Pinched one of my workmate's. Earl grey!? People actually willingly drink this crap?:pottytrain5:

We've had quite a nice winter here in Bahrain. Usually it doesn't dip below 18C, and that's at night. This year we've seen highs around 15-18C and lows around 4-5C. Really unusual here. But everybody enjoyed it....actually, we still are:icon_cheers:

Sunny and + 3 (celsius in Canuck terms) tomorrow in ol' T.O.
Gotta get my damn brake lines done tomorrow.
It'll be chilly but hey, if I can get myself used to + 3,
Think how sweet + 10' s gonna be.

IT'S COMING.... I SWEAR!

It was 78 degrees here today.

Guess that's what they meant when the sang
"God Blessed Texas"
Still a little frozen up here. 22° F right now.
I'm hoping to get up to 32° or better before I start tearing out brake lines.
At least it's sunny!

I Should Know Better

Another balmy Canadian February day. Tried to patch my brake line in Pandora's Dodge.
Froze my hands off cutting out a rotten section, flared the ends only to have it snap off about six inches up from there.
DUH!?
Screw it... Gonna go buy a ten foot roll and do the whole bloody thing.
It was worth a shot. BUT.....

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

I AM SO READY FOR SPRING! :angry2:

Got that right Eric, it was about 73 or so here in Lubbock. Worked on the 5th a little, rode the bicycle with Robin (my wife) in the late afternoon. Enjoying a :eek:ccasion14: as we speak!

Sounds sweet.
We're still stuck in the frozen tundra that is southern Ontario.
It was -3° celsius, overcast and breezy here today.
Which of course made snapping rusted out brake lines all the more pleasurable.

Having a well earned beverage myself. :icon_jook:

Funny you're in Texas.
One of my favourite stations is KKYX in San Antonio.
I get it on the internet.

Supposed to be a t-shirt and shorts worthy +5° here in ol' T.O. (41° for all the U.S. Folks) on Saturday.
The race is on to get the Dippy rolling.
Wish me luck. Good vibes welcome. :evil6:

Good thoughts. :toothy9: I don't think it got over 50 here today with some drizzle/rain. To cold out in the garage. :icon_biggrin:
