It looks like the spring who push the kickdown-rod against the throttle lever is missing.
Like 69 said; it is very important the kickdown assembly is adjusted correctly. Othewise you will fry the clutches in your transmission due to low line pressure causing the clutches to slip.

I think i may have it - It came loose. Im going to take care of dodge at the beginning of June so surely i will keep you updated.
