Ready or not, here it comes! Here's hoping that this New Year is a very good one for all of us! I read somewhere recently that New Years resolutions are hard to keep in the long run, which I have always found to be the case, and that a better way to make changes in a new year is to make weekly resolutions - on Mondays, when the natural start to the whole week occurs. Resolutions are much easier to keep for that length of time, and then to re-commit to them for the next week, and so on. I have tried this and it does work. So, hoping everyone has a happy and healthy 2019 and that we accomplish the things that we want to!
