I thought that was the same grille as the LS?
I am still learning, but I have only seen 2 types of grilles.
All the others had this.
Can you show me a LS Grille?

My friend's '80 LS had the standard grille. I have no reason to believe the car had anything changed when he bought it in '88. It had never been crashed. It could've been a factory screw-up, though. My brother had an '83 Dodge Horizon, if the hatch labeling was to be believed...

So whats the difference between the LS grille and the Medalian grille?
 
His grille was the same as what was in my '81, the typical LeBaron waterfall style.
