how much easier is it to buy a motor plate and cut it to fit? i've done 2 of them in my car from different engines. one was mild steel, other is aluminum. takes very little time to do. can't get much easier then that. Why reinvent the wheel if an easier solution is available. I saw a guy post on utube that the Schumacher /6 to SB has a lot of flaws. I'm building a 10.0 index class car and don't want to run into snags and not be ready for 2025.
