No Heat

My 87 Gran Fury has no heat I changed all the hoses the thermostat and put a different heater control valve in someone told me flush the heater core anybody have any ideas?

Are both heater hoses hot at the fire wall? If they are chances are good it's not the heater core and something else like blend door actuator is the problem.

how would I get to the blend door is there a manual way to flip it just to see does it work off of vacuum ?
