I don't see a headlight flasher module where I usually see them mounted (rad support in front of battery) but maybe it had one. Wondering if some of your wires went to that.

i'll try and get pics of what looks like the former police equipment when i can. there is a GE fusebox on the passenger side and some old cut grounds on the drivers side.

i believe they all had the more common 3 bolt style pivots. those won't fit an FMJ body

and i thought fiberglass was a ghetto fix. not going to lie. it looks like it'd work. says it can be sanded. hmmm. maybe for patching the interior of the trunk not the exterior

If you're going to patch like that you might as well use the metal mesh stuff some of the Bono kits come with. Or do the real lazy way and use the silver metal duct tape.

I'm tempted to try it on an old truck bed. I don't think it's pretty but definitely functional and easier than using short strand fiberglass.

Imagine if they sold in long strips for hillbilly rocker panel "replacement"

Nope. You need something from 1980 and up

You honestly can't make the car any worse if you cut quarters off a 5th ave and hang them yourself. Will it be perfect? Maybe! Who knows until you try!

Or you could cut the quarters off and take it to a collision shop, and then they can cut off the old ones and put the 5th ave ones on

There are tons of videos about quarter panels and body work. This is a Honda civic, but it's the same idea


It's tedious work, but not impossible work to do in a driveway. Cut up a 5th ave and see how it goes
