One who losses a hockey game and must hose the rink to smooth out the ice.
One who is a big drinker...
and is a hose bag...lol

whats funny to me is I never mean it as a derogatory term even though that is what it means.. its like talking smack at a game accept between friends. really hard to describe because I am hosed right now...
