On another note, I was just watching a video and they mentioned, Ford already having patents for autonomous police vehicles that are able to scan your plate info and communicate with your cars ecu/mcm/body control mod (or whatever your manufacturer calls your onboard computer) and issue tickets to vehicles and their registered owners; similar to a radar/speed trap camera system.
