Sometimes you wonder what happened to cause that much damage. The truck looks like it flew over a freeway retaining wall, landed on it's roof and rolled or something. The Charger,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,70 mph into a bridge abutment? Almost head on with another vehicle? Was the driver drunk, medical emergency (black out, heart attack, stroke, etc...), mechanical failure
or was it caused by another driver that had had one of the previously mentioned things? The world may never know.
I remember seeing one on the freeway about 1/4 mile ahead of me a few years ago. A van pulling a trailer all of a sudden swerved from the right lane across into the median, into oncoming traffic where a Mercury Sable hit it almost head on at 65 mph, the van a trailer continued on into the ditch and rolled over. Driver had a massive heart attack and was probably dead before the van hit the median they said. One of the scariest accidents I've ever seen. Driver of the Sable didn't make it either, unfortunately. That's one reason when I'm on the freeway I always keep one eye to the oncoming lanes. Since then they put up those catch cables in the median though. Well, story time is over for today, lol!
