rubber rot in the quarter extensions

Thanks for the words of encouragement from all . Just wondering, the cost of the molds is more expensive than I originally thought for shure . The single biggest thing I learned was you have to start this process with an exit strategy or its gonna cost you time or money . I'm hoping that I will be demolding for the last time and moving on to the next step . The drivers side is coming along way faster because of the education and the positive input from the members on this page . Thanks to all !

what's the word
The word is slow going I have one side 98% ready the other side is in rough body work and it's too cold in the garage to work on them . When the weather gets warmer into the 40s I can get the garage warm enough to work . Thanks for the continued interest and support.

Still say 3D printer.
I look into 3d printing early on there are some draw backs . The finishes would not be all that good . And the material that's used will not stand up to temp changes . That's why I chose to use casting resin

3M and others have two part flexable part repair products, adhesive and filler etc..These products are epoxy biased.
