My cousin had a 80 2 door Volare that was rotted worse. Weird part was the frame rails and rockers were perfect.

saskatchewan doesn't use road salt. They may use the liquid stuff that is sprayed on before major snowstorms, which I am not certain about, but no road salt (like Alberta). This may be an eastern car originally. Saw lots of that in Montreal, where I grew up.
