The 360 engine swap is in and running..The 360 is built and roughly 400 HP so cooling is critical..Bought a Griffin aluminum radiator to fit in my 1978 Aspen from Summit guaranteed to fit and it doesn’t..Just called Summit and they can’t find a radiator to fit, they said Griffin could custom make me a radiator and I am dumbfounded that they can’t get one to fit..Guys, I’m reaching out to you for I know many of you are running better cooling radiators in your Aspens, I need a good aluminum radiator that will fit..What are you guys using and what other year cars will cross reference with my 1978 Aspen if needed..Thank you very much, Jim…

Lightning ll, good info..Can I get that in aluminum, should be able to don’t you think? Will that be enough cooling for a high performance application? Thanks, much appreciated, Jim..

Even a normal 360 truck rad should be enough.
Make sure the hoses are at the right location and you might need larger ones, some use bigger diameter ones.

Guys on here are running strokers with stock fans and radiators and have issues with them running too cold. You’ll be solid regardless, steel or aluminum.

Champion CH374 fits a 26" core support. Just needs a plate on the drivers side as the mounting ears are a little short. The one pictured is the 3 row model. If you have a 22" radiator I've got nothing, but Champion might still have something in their catalog that fits.

Ignore the lower radiator inlet. I had this modified by a local shop when I swapped in a big block.

My 408 stroker is running the factory AHB radiator and I made the mistake of thinking I would need a 160 degree thermostat. Wrong. I changed it out to a 180 and it still barely warms up to operating temp on a hot day. This engine dyno'd on engine stand at 469hp and 528tq. You won't have any problem keeping it cool.
