The window crank knob is part of the window handle. The window crank p/n is 3882764. A lot of new ones on eBay - but many are re-pops.
The inside door handle is the same for front and rear doors - but different between Right and Left doors. I think any M-body will work. The Right side p/n is 4184140. I found a couple on eBay.
The park brake rubber pad p/n is 2467513. The same part used sense the '60's.
Here is a decent priced used one: MOPAR some 60s 70s EMERGENCY BRAKE PEDAL PAD DODGE PLYMOUTH CHRYSLER | eBay

The front and rear inside door handles are slightly different but are interchangeable. I don't know why they list as single number in parts books.

The Left side inner door handle p/n is 4184141.
I've not done a side by side compairison of the front and rear handles - so you might be right. I've only looked at the p/n's

I only know they're different because years ago the drivers one snapped off on mine and I swapped it with the rear. They fit but the square handle part is a bit higher or lower.
I checked the part numbers in the 84 book and like you said they both list the same #.

Thanks- driver side must be more common to break off… 50/60$ on eBay! Passenger had one for 7…. I’ll ask some of the parts cars on here as they come up

That's just nuts. Your best bet might be the parts vender area of a car show like Chryslers @ Carlisle.

$50.!? That's insane, $15. the most I remember ever paying for one. I have no idea what they want for them but the '87 Fifth Avenue from Moye's has all 4 interior door handles
