Thank you. Its been quite the experience so far and I've learned a lot about active aero in the process. Friday ill be sanding out the primer and prepping it for its second round of primer. Were looking at 3 rounds of primer for the bottom. As for the top, we still need to finish the body work on that so we can get it into reface. Were also going to be making insert that sit in the frame work to give it a little more of high end feel.

After the second round of primer was added, I decided to start on building the trim inserts for the decklid. I made a template out of cardboard and then made my final pieces out of laminated fiberboard. Ill probably go with a soft foam for the filler between the top skin of the decklid and the fiberboard. Have quite figured out color yet. Ill probably go dark blue to match the interior and to get contrast to the decklid when its finished in white. More pictures to come
