I hear that....and thank you again.
This place I'm talking about is absolutely beautiful and historic.
It goes back to my great great great grandparents. The days of wooden salt box houses. There's still many like it. I understand development and all but there's no reason whatsoever to tear this tiny little oasis apart and turn it into a monstrosity for rich foreigners to buy. They've done that elsewhere.
As I've said....it's been deemed a sanctuary for the wildlife but there are money hungry snakes on local council who are seeing dollar signs in their eyes and trying to find loopholes. My uncle has shot them down everytime with his own found loopholes and he's done it almost single handedly.
A lot of the locals are older folks who both don't have the energy for this fight nor do they want this invasion.
Last time he went to bat on this he found a forgotten bylaw from the 1930's.
If he wins this round it should put this to bed for quite some time.
