80 today, 80 yesterday, 70's past few days prior, 80 degrees at midnight

tomorrow in the evening it will be 48 degrees

sounds warm to the northern folk, but it will be hell for this swamp/beach guy

i'm used to hot, humid hell, not good with cold & large in-fluxing temp cycles

otherwise, things are going well

i have been learning about ignition timing and distributor setup while helping my buddy rebuild/install/break-in his 350 in the 83' Scottsdale i helped him purchase.

i am looking forward to his truck running well (large parts runner)

We'll be skinny dipping by next weekend!

Not really but it's going to feel SO nice after the going through the past 4 1/2 months or so. Melt, melt, melt, melt.

One other nice thing about the forecast is, there's no snow or rain predicted either! Of course, rain would be OK. Need lots of it for a long duration to wash the 12 million tons of salt off the road.

Our forecast got revised,,,,,,,,,,,,,in the right direction! Mostly sunny and hit 53 today(!!!!!!!!!) That white crap is melting faster than you can say boo. I just hope this lasts. It's still early,,,,you never know around here. Couple weeks form now it could be 15(F) degrees and a blizzard. Hope not! They said on the news the last time it got above 50 degrees here November 4, 2014. About freaking time then:sunny:

+15C in Calgary today. Forecast is +22C by Sunday, and double digit highs (above zero) all week. Even more of note, as the overnight lows will not go below -3C. The winter has been a strange one (if one can actually use that term with Calgary weather) in that the weather has generally been above zero most days since mid-January. We got a number of days above zero (as highs), followed by a few days of cold (-15V to -20C) followed by a bunch of days of temperatures above zero. Then the cycle repeated. Didn't have a lot of snow, but March and April are the two months with the highest average snowfall in Calgary. I have seen a few March/April snowstorms, and they have been big ones (20-40 cm.) but the snow melts really quickly.

Dang!!!!!!!!! 100% clear sky, very little wind and it went from 26 this morning to a beautiful 59 degrees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love when the jet stream splits and one part goes way north and the other is way south. Usually it always seems to dip down right around Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan so that arctic air has nothing in it's way to stop it. This way works!

It hit 57 here today! If I wasn't sick as a dog, I'd be outside tearing into the Mirada again! I know this is false hope... it will probably get cold again, but I can feel it... soon!

It's going to be sunny and 60's on Sunday but then back to "normal" by Tuesday, high's around 40.
Feel for ya 72,,,,,,,,,,It came on yesterday afternoon, barely made it to the end of the work day. Made it part way to work this morning and decided "NOPE", came back home. Only hope whatever it is goes away as fast as it came on.

Should hit low 50's today.
Now all I need is two or three solid days of rain to wash away the fifty tons of salt on the roads and I can pull the toys out of hibernation.
