Chilly 4F.
Broke a 2016 record low.

Now the ski hills can make snow, they can get the ice wine grapes and the farmers can pick the frozen vegetables.

Doctor, LOL!
Mother nature is going to twist the knife. Tomorrow into Saturday low 30's are predicted with snow/sleet/rain combination slop on top of the 1/2" snow and then drizzle (which is still coming down). Once all existing snow is good and soaked with rain, throw some more on top of it, then Saturday night drop the temps through the floor and keep them there for at least the next week to freeze all the slop solid. Highs in the single digits, and NOT celcius single digits either though Wednesday. Guess it does warm up to over 10 degrees next Thursday,,,,,,all the way to 13. Yee-f******-haw.

Gotta take my car to the potato chip factory while it's warm for here and run the F/A through the potatoes to get the salt off.
Looks like a big cow lick at the moment.

One more day and then we get t-shirt weather,,,,,,,,,,,,provided you're indoors, lol.
Got an inch of a sloppy snow like substance last night. Stayed above freezing so it was some real crap. Today it was fog, fog and more fog with a constant drizzle and mist. No wind though.
Any of the slop that isn't cleaned up tonight is going to be frozen solid for the foreseeable future. This is going to suck, high of 8 degrees :(
Guess it could be worse, back in the early '90's I remember one January where for 2 weeks straight the WARMEST day got up to -20(F) and the north wind was relentless. 20-30 mph constant. Now THAT sucked, especially when the gas bill came! Suppose 8 isn't so bad afterall, right?

Looks beautiful out but looks can be deceiving. Totally clear, sun shining bright and a balmy temp of -1 with a -20F windchill. It's like a five and dime day. Five minutes outside, 10 minutes inside, 5 minutes out, 10 minutes in, lather, rinse, repeat.

33F, and snowing. They say we might get 2 inches today. First snow of the season. By this time last year the kids had exhausted their snow days from school, and were planning make up days at the end of the term.

Dropped 30F in the matter of hrs.
50F down to 20F and it snowed hard.
Police are asking people to stay off the road, pulled the plows off the road, pulling buses at 11pm, no Metro train or underground railway service.
Closing the police station at 10:30pm.

We got pretty much the same here. Rain all day. Then an arctic hurricane. Big big gusts and snow and then the temperature plummet. My car was an ice block this morning
