All I want is for it to be warm again. Is that too much to ask? Had perfectly clear and sunny but STILL barely hit 40 and that stupid bleeping NW wind didn't help. They said 23 for a low tonight in the city and teens in the outlying areas. Seriously? It is almost May isn't it? Sigh.............Now that I want rain to wash the salt off the roads that they spread the night before last, naturally there's none in the 7 day forecast. Figures.............It's so dry we're back to the single digit humidity again so even if it did rain, it would never reach the ground. Only good news is supposed to be back to low 60's by the end of NEXT week. It's going to be a long few days waiting.

Not to change the topic but, the global warming, or climate change crap is the biggest scam and lie our government(s) have ever come up with. It's all about money, mainly their "revenue". They change the actual data (they call it "adjusting") to suit their needs.

Now that the political rant is over,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,a little climate change is headed this way. the forecast has changed some. If it holds, next week will be back to the mid to upper 60's and mostly sunny. It starts on Sunday. Tomorrow sounds kind of crappy yet. 40's, windy, chance of snow early......................Had some global warming last night it seems since it only got down to 26 instead of the predicted 23! lol Saw on the weather this morning it was 15 in Ashland WI, way up on the shore of Lake Superior. Yep, sounds like a good temp for December 24th,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I mean April 24th.

Global Scamming.
Now it's climate (pocket) change.
Funny how they've now championed their bullshit cause behind a term which describes inevitable evolution of a living thing.....the earth. Of course the climate changes.....it's a planet not an enclosed area that you don't want to get dirty.

Not sure which brainiac started this campaign but basically what you're saying is "I like the climate just like this and I want it to stay just like it is now"

So......how long have you been an idiot??......

Climates change....that's just what they do.
98% of all life on this planet has already been wiped out at least four times that we know of during the earth's life.
Plastic bags and old cars had nothing to do with it.

Anyway.....still cold here. Hit 38° tops and cloudy.
Late spring.......again.

You said it exactly. The earths climate would be just like it is now if humans never existed.

Have to make it through one more day of cold, dark and grey. Tomorrow the return of spring begins,,,,,,,,,,again.
This crap makes a person not feel like doing a darn thing, especially outdoors. Hmmmmm, Encore Action is playing Bond movies all day, starting with Dr. No (on right now) and going in sequence from there. I see a couch with my name on it! lol
Hey, you have to take a rest from work, work, work once in a while, right?

We have the same stuff going on north of here. Snowfall warnings from about 100 km. north to the Northwest Territories border. Its already snowing in Red Deer (150 Km or so north) and into Edmonton and Fort Mac. Aoril is actually the month with the highest average snowfall for Calgary. we did get some very small hail yesterday afternoon, nut nothing today; its just colder (6C) than it has been for the last week orso.

Calgary almost seems to have its own weather due to the Rockies being so close, and the city's elevation. Further north, the elevation is a lot lower, and they are further away from the Rockies, so the weatcher patterns stabilize a lot more, and are a lot more predictable. It is not unusual to have rain in some parts of the city, and none in others, same with snow, and high winds. The winter north of Calgary has been fairly brutal, both in temperatures and in snowfall; Calgary's winter has actually been pretty mild. On the other hand, we did get a solid week of snow in early September that damaged a lot of trees and took out power to parts of the city.
