The motor runs but the arms don't move, yes?
Pull the cowl screen to check. If neither arms move, the link probably came off the motor bell crank.
Depends if yiou have regular or intermittant wipers, as to how the link is attached. Std wipers the bushings are easily obtained. Advice: If possible, buy the bushings from a Mopar dealer. They're a bit higher priced but also 10 times better than Dorman aftermarket ones.
It's a good time to replace all the bushings while you're in there. Easiest way is to pull the entire pivot/link assy out and work on the bench.
Intermittant uses a goofy cam assy at the motor, which is harder to come by.
