Finally the Aspen

Ah, the joy and hate of nit niod buying of engine parts. FP Bolts, Crank Bolt, Intake bolts, Rod bolts, Main Bolts, FP eccentric, Intake bypass fitting, LA Timing cover. Done for this month more next month. :angry9::happy2:

All taped up and no rattle cans. Still enroute.

Did get sidetracked when the pip sensor took a dump on the mustang. All better now.

Finally

What is everyone's preference for painting stuff like suspension parts, bumper shocks, etc.? I'd like to see what other folks are using.

I have had super results with VHT Epoxy All-Weather Epxoy Satin Black. I prep the hell out of the part prior to painting.

Well, got a hold of EPSO this morning and put a set of 5 leaf stock length HD springs on order. The SS springs will be coming off. That leaves the option to retain the current ISO clamp with poly pads or install the solid bushing kit.

The EPSO F-body springs came in and sure as snot they dont have the oval front spring eye. I thought the lady was full of crap when she said that.

Mine was bolted too, till it tore out of the mount and I had to arc in place... that was fun, NOT..

Didn't know about the aluminum isolators, you have them made or buy from a distributor? Also, why not save the 3 inch since it was new and use half for a single exhaust? waste not... :-)
