FOR SALE 1978 volare parting out

Hello I have a 78 volare 4 door that I'm parting out it is a complete car, it's in really good shape the only thing that I see is rusted is the inside trunk lid. It has the complete interior except the seats I'm going to keep them and the front disk brakes, everything else is for sale. Here is a few pics of the car. Oh and it does have a super six complete engine and transmission for $500, the car has original 90,000 miles on it. Everything is for sale thanks.

I am interested in the condition of gas cap, the 3 hood chrome parts (if not dinged up), and the wood-grain dash bezel.
I might also be interested in the antenna – but want to see a picture of it first.
Does either front outer seat belts still have their plastic covers?

To Locomotion and to Know Nothing: The rear doors (and weatherstripping) on 4-doors (F & M body) are all the same – but are different from station wagon rear doors (F & M bodies).
Hopefully this won’t cause any problems on finding (or selling) any parts.


Know Nothing: Is there any rust on your front fenders?
They commonly rust out in lower panel (by door) and on top, just forward of the antenna a couple of inches.

My wagon, with only 38k miles and garage kept for 38 years, already has rust through on both fender tops.

Thanks. I though I heard that the weather strips are a bit different, but it's going on a race car so it doesn't have to be a perfect fit.

Thanks for the pic. Those are standard shackles & brackets, not the "sway bar", "cop car" style. So I'll keep looking.
