80 Volare Becoming 78 Aspen Rt Clone

really wanted to rebuild this 78 Aspen RT but the rust was just too much. So I decided to make my 80 Volare into a 78 RT clone

General Information

Eventually this will be a small block 390 with a 6-71 Dyers blower on top. It will start out as a 390 with a single carb then hopefully as soon as the money comes in the blower will be here. Thanks to everyone that has given my hints and tips on what I need to do. i'm sure i'll have more questions to follow.

Finally dropped the rear end so I can rebuild it and put it in the keeper and found that both leaf springs are shot along with finding that previous owner decided that using a wire was good enough to hold the gas tank in. I'm really glad it didn't fall out the few times I drove it.
