It's the cam that limits its rpm, change the cam and turbo I couldn't resist head work the 300 has a strong bottom end.
But I bet it would like an automatic better.

Well, the original plan was to keep the I6 and supercharge it with an Eaton M90. I could remote mount it on the driver's. Aussie Speed makes an adapter to mount on the discharge side to mate to silicon joiners. It wouldn't be all that hard and I could run a Holley Sniper to drive the ignition. Truck is already setup for fuel injection.

I've already got a line on one too. Decisions, decisions....

Only reversed. This is an M90 on a Holden I6. Remote mounting will enable me to plumb it for intercooling and it should be good for a 5k redline; which would be about the limit of an I6 rev range anyhow.

It would be different and pretty cool.

Yep it wouldn't be much fun having a turbo 6.

I did the numbers this morning and this Ford is making around 475 - 500 hp at the crank.
