What's the bill on a job like that?? I'm going to take a guess. $1700
Very close. The bill was $1500. 13 hours labor at $92/hr and about $275 for a Ford heater core. Again, love my job, love my job, love my job. Have to keep telling myself that.

Got ready this morning to go take a look. Texted twice , no reply. Called the number he gave me. No answer. Unfriended him, blocked him, archived the conversation. Screen shot the entire conversation. blocked the phone number. 2nd time Missourians have toyed with me.

He’s an, almost interesting one from around here too.
Speed holes, slicks, tach and shift light on the dash...let’s not forget the airbrush.

I'd guess it's Beetle in body only.

There's an Ford Econoline, an 86 I believe, that looks like nothing out of the ordinary except it lacks WI rust. You'd never suspect a thing until it starts up or you see under it. Turns out it has a built supercharged 460. The slightly wider than stock rear tires are only a clue.

Appearance aside, didn’t sound like much was going on under the hood, but we could have been rolling by while he was coasting on a cruise. No idea other than the two pictures.
With the things people do to Jeep’s, Camaros, Mustangs and everything else with tires around here, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just for looks and wow factor.
This is some of the real crime happening around, Chicago that the NEWS doesn’t tell you about:

Excuse me a minute, I'm going to go puke after seeing those cars. Always wonder what some people are thinking. Wait, decided I don't want to know.

On one hand, it’s given me somewhat of an appreciation for the guys who put the time and money into building legit Donks/high rises; whatever they’re called or you want to call them...on the other hand, cars like these have made me loathe the individuals that do s*** like the examples above.

One less ‘67 GM, F body. This happened out in the suburbs yesterday. Passengers were still trapped in the car when emergency rescue arrived.
As the weather warms up and you start pulling your cars out to enjoy the weekends, remember to be safe out there.

How bad did you love it? They can rebuild it. Make it better, faster than before. More dangerous beyond your expectations

Todays Meet in Brunswick, Lower Saxony, Germany. A Diplomat with a senior centre parking permit and a pretty rare Dodge 3700 (spanish) on site.
And lots of European funny stuff, like the "Hulk" green Fiat - street legal (from Poland). Or the truck with under-body-engine (6 cylinder tilted 90° horizontally - the "Schütz Mörtel" Truck). Take a look and enjoy (click me).
