The Cordoba has extensive filler all over the body covered by spray paint/spray paint primer, plus rot all along the bottoms of the quarters, rocker panels and wheel wells and trunk and floors are super soft. Brake lines are near rotten... The typical findings of a 43 year old MidWest car. Still fixable (for now) but would be an expensive and time consuming undertaking regardless of doing it all myself or sending it to a body shop.
No exterior trim to be found/mentioned. Interior is pretty nice though. Almost worth buying just to part out the interior alone.

Take a good look at the shackle mounts also. They like to rust away and then the shackle ends up punching through the trunk floor, even if the floor is still solid. Later, the spring front hangers do the same thing and come through the floor under the back seat. The joys of living in salt country.

The above method works great - if you have C-clip axles (like FMJ's)!(not)

These are nothing to do with nothing, I just thought they looked kind of neat.

First is from the high point of 17th Ave looking NNW, the other is looking east across the Wisconsin River towards downtown.

These are the days of our lives.
My wife decided to practice her, F1 driving skills in a residential and took a left turn at a little too sharp and angle...that’s her rear, drivers side tire.

What a bleeping idiot. First doing something so stupid on a public road, and second for having way more dollars than sense. IMO, got what he deserved.
