Knocking out those front floorpans today. I stayed up late last night spraying rubber coat in my vent galley. hoping my car is as water tight as the Aspen now..also will be cutting out the hole for the manual hump today.

Nice progress pictures and those wheels will really set the car off. I am behind on mine. My wife has been really sick. Thanks for always sharing the pictures.:icon_thumleft:

Are we going to need more metal for the floor pans? can you use some of the stuff that you just cut out? Will we have to wait on the additional wire for the welder before you complete the floor or will we just have enough?

I have enough metal but I just ran out of wire and I only got half way through the drivers side floor pan. I am going to get the Master cylinder and pedals installed tomorrow I have plenty to do while waiting for wire.. does suck though I was really trying to make that last roll stretch.

OK we have 2 more rolls coming UPS hopefully will be here early next week... I might go to Walmart and pick up a roll of mig wire if the price isn't to outrageous. We have gone through 8 pounds of wire so far... and I dont even think we are half way through all the welding that needs to be done on our cars.

It's amazing seeing you guys bringing cars that would normally get crushed back to life and then some.....kudos!

Thanks man! These cars deserve alot more respect than they are given.. the auto crusher is no place for one of these.. I really got pissed when the welder stopped feeding wire today. I was so close to finishing the floor.. my bedroom is taken over with interior parts. really itching to get all that installed. I did sit back and look at all that I have done and it is starting to really come together. I mean my car was literally in the dirt now its standing up and shaking all the old off. I am really excited for the first blast down the dirt road...:icon_super:
