I'm up at my trailer this weekend.
Sun and cloud and mid 80's.
Mosquitos are loving it.
Back in the city there's a heat advisory.
It's a gonna be a scorcher.

Heat advisory here also. Humongous storm again last night (actually early morning) but it cleared up a couple hours ago. So far up to 76 degrees and the humidity is 92%,,,,,,,,,,,,,seriously? Headed to low 90's later on. Naturally, barely any breeze,,,,,,,,,,,,typical.

Oddly, haven't seen a single mosquito around my area this year. Ten miles south at work,,,,,,there's none now but a couple weeks ago we had to douse ourselves in repellent or get eaten alive in the shop. They were thick.

When it's 1 degree out, there's always plenty of wind that you don't want. When it's 90 and humid there's never plenty of wind that you want. Why is that?

I have no idea but I hope we get a breeze today. I have to finish redoing the roof on my trailer today. Great day to be up on a roof.......beer time.

Been pretty nice past few days. No rain either. Today 100% sunny, 85 degrees, 28% humidity and 2-5 mph breeze. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh.

Nice part is, a front came through last night and the smog has left the valley. I can breath again! Last couple days was a temperature inversion kind of thing and they issued an air quality alert but it's all good now!

There's a HUGE car cruise next Saturday roughly 40-50 miles from here, down in Grand Rapids (Wisconsin, not Michigan, lol) I posted a condensed video of it on here a while ago and hoping for a carbon copy of today for 7 days from now. Wish me luck.

ouch, "only" supposed to get in the 90's here.. but going on the second or third week in a row without rain, was supposed to storm last monday, but just sprinkled for a few seconds, barely even reached the ground. Saturday was supposed to storm again, got cloudy for a while in the morning and that was about it.. Wednesday might storm, probably won't, Sunday and all of next week is the same.

The heat doesn't really bother me, I've worked outside in 100+, I just slow down and pretend I'm in a sauna.. since no one else usually bothers even showing up, I still end up ahead..ccasion14:

We haven't had any rain for quite a while now. Been long enough that I don't remember when it rained last. Got to be 3 weeks or so. Today, 91 degrees, 53% humidity, mostly sunny and a light breeze. Not so bad really. Kind of muggy but we've had way worse. Trick is, stay in the shade and it's pretty comfortable. Go out in the sun and,,,,,,,,sizzle, sizzle.

Just looked, July 15th was the last rain.

It's getting pretty crunchy here too. We got lots of rain up north but hardly anything here in the city.

been in shift work for weeks, working outside in the sun today & then down in a black-painted, steel super-structure-next to welders, out of the wind in the 93 degree heat rebuilding missile tubes

Storms were predicted for this afternoon but nothing materialized,,,,,,,,,yet anyways. It's like a new form of hot today, even the wind is hot. Got "only" 87 right now but with 64% humidity. Feels more like central Illinois than central Wisconsin. As I said before, I am NOT complaining. We waited for months on end with snow, highs of zero (F), windchills of -45, all the while fantasizing about this kind of weather wondering if winter would EVER end.

No rain, mostly sunny, 82 degrees/32% humidity and just a TAD breezy at 20-35 mph gusting to almost 50 out of the WNW. I need a tether to go outside, lol.
