Car is 100% ready for racing. Checked trans brake and air shifter since I rewired the car last fall. 2 weeks and it’s race day.

i should have it ready to fire up by the end of next week. i have to modify the run stand to make it fit since there is no motor mounts on the block. i'll make some plates to mount to the motor plate.

I had to make a plate for the top of the tunnel ram in order to use 1 carb. Cheapest way to run it on the stand with gasoline. Don’t want to break the engine in with methanol. Once I have it running and hopefully don’t find any issues, the tunnel ram top will go back on with the 2 toilets.

This little 355” W2 engine served me well. It surpassed my expectations. I never thought it would run 9.70 and 137 mph.
This was the last pass with the 355” September 2023.
