I had fuel issues. Apparently there are two electric fuel pumps, a low pressure in tank pump and a high pressure pump mounted on the frame rail. The in tank pump runs hot and the truck will die when there's a half a tank of fuel or less.. Resulting in a 20 minute cool down period, stuck on the side of the road

Wish I'd have had my camera with me yesterday at work. There was a '75 Dodge motor home (the kind with the van nose) in for service. Outside looked pretty darn nice and the interior was 99% MINT and all original I assume judging by the '70's décor with wood paneling, shag carpet, avocado green appliances, etc. Guess it had only 50,000 or so miles on it. As I said, IF I had my camera,,,,sorry!

My favorite time at the trailer is finally here. Fall....
Most people don't like it because to them it signals the end of trailer season. But we go up after closing all the time. They shut the water off mid October but big deal. We've got a furnace and you just bring your own water.
Fall is absolutely gorgeous up there aaaannnd next weekend is the annual Madoc Fair!
Can't wait for the cattle judging and the horse draws.
Here's the missus inspecting the livestock from a few years ago. Can't wait!!!

Yesterday was a redneck good time as always.

Going back today for the car show.
If it hadn't of rained all day Friday I would have brought the Caravelle or the Volare but the Fifth got the duties.
Might enter it depending how long the missus wants to stay.
Going back for the Toilet races.
And I even got my pic taken with Miss Madoc!

American Chunker still holds the World Class Punkin Chunkin Association (WCPCA) record of launching a Pumpkin 4694' in 2013.
The Big 10 Inch air cannon just shot a 4787' recently in Colorado.
The Big 10 Inch had set a Guinness Book world record shot of 5545' in January of 2011.
Unfortunately the WCPCA didn't recognize either of these shots.... Lame BS policy
