I don't like using the Chrysler or NHRA weights. Has anyone taken their V8 F body to a scale and got a true weight? Mine is still on the jack stands.

My /6 plane Jane 3 speed 76 Volare was 3500 lbs stock. 3200 lbs with 440, 727, 8 3/4 and a half tank of fuel.

It's hard to say, each car will be different depending on equipment, trim level, etc. My '79 is just shy of 3,900 lbs where a car with less "crap" on it would be less, maybe a LOT less. I've seen numbers from 3,200 lbs to 3,500 lbs for a stock V-8 automatic F-body so................................Doesn't really answer your question though, sorry.

usually there is a scale at the city lot of the city you live in or you could take it to a scale that truckers use at a truck stop on your nearest interstate highway.

My little podunk town population 1500 has two grain elevator's with scales that display 24/7.

Most salvage yards (the larger ones anyways) have a scale near the entrance area also. They may let you weigh your car there, depending on the yard that is.

Another possibility is if you have a State Highway Patrol HQ near you. They have scales to go under each tire and probably would have nothing against weighing your car for you.

Dirt track racers will have a set of the wheel scales, at least the good racers will.

Truck stops here in the south have multi axle scales. You should have a truck stop nearby with these.

You should be able to weigh front and rear wheels separately. Best wishes
