Trumps mandated 15% Ethanol. Maybe it will mandate E-85 back again. I dont think it took off here. I advised all the flex fuel van buyers I sold vans to about using it back in the day. 95ish to 2013ish when I was selling new cars. My neighbor liked and used it, I dont think it was self supported here and the market dried up.
