Use vice grips on it if a socket no longer works.
Hit up a junk yard for a matching spare if you don't line the look of a normal nut (I wouldnt).

I don't see a headlight flasher module where I usually see them mounted (rad support in front of battery) but maybe it had one. Wondering if some of your wires went to that.

i'll try and get pics of what looks like the former police equipment when i can. there is a GE fusebox on the passenger side and some old cut grounds on the drivers side.

would the wiper assembly off a RamCharger work? local yard has one. i might still be able to get those police rims too if they picked it back up. last time i was there the thing had fallen over

i believe they all had the more common 3 bolt style pivots. those won't fit an FMJ body
