Project Bulldog. (1988 Diplomat AHB)

I have brand new in the box voltage regulators if you need one. You can have it for the cost of the ride.

If you change the color then to do it right you need to paint the jams, under hood/truck, everything. Gets to be very, very expensive.

in all honesty it'd probably become a rattle can special. we used to have a deal with a local Maaco who painted the County Police cars. that good old flaky Crown Vic white. but boy, that was years ago.

i have a few regulators laying around. not pretty looking but they work. with stuff stuck to the back i have to pick off... know how to put the windows down on a Dip in the junkyard with power windows? going up tomorrow to get the ventshades off a Fifth Ave

how'd it go with quarter panels?
ended up buying some off a guy on facebook in the end. junkyard fiasco just wasn't going my way. i'd have fooled around and been a few fingers short if i kept going at it. the trunk on that car wasn't coming open and i didn't want to drive home 50 miles to get my drill.

they're a little bit rusty but far better than what was on the car. it's manageable. shipping was $$$. gonna weld patches on them and hopefully get em on the car soon. worst part is they're off a Fifth Ave so that little rearmost trim piece is there. i don't mind i'll grind them off. some small rust is better than the whole floor being gone. i'll get pics soon. came with one nice wheel arch trim that WILL NOT COME OFF. those screws are stuck.

luckily my doors and fenders aren't eaten through. got the open spots sprayed with rust reformer for now.

say @AMC Diplomat you're from the Buffalo area right? word on the street is there is a Lebaron A38 in a shipping crate up by Dunkirk. was used in Gone in 60 Seconds 2 before the director died. bunch of other Police cars up there. oh how i wished i had room for another turd bucket

Never heard of a Lebaron in a shipping crate. Or some mystery lot full of police cars.

Pics or it didn't happen.

Here it is in the movie though.
