I just watched a chase with two new Fifth Avenues on Hunter, one gold, one blue
Hunter is the best worst police show of the 80s! I can't believe someone else still watches it! I've always wanted a 77 green Dodge Monaco!

We got an ice storm about a week before it got really warm out suddenly and now, it got cold again,,,,,,suddenly :(

Looks like the gold 5th Ave didn't make it out uninjured. Ouch.
No it was fine at the end, basically just a bunch of drifting around streets

This is just wrong. Tree seed pods all over the back drive, with icicles hanging from the eaves. Spring and winter having a duel.

It's 11 am, do you know where your spring is?

Seriously??? Would much rather post a random photo of green grass and blue sky. ;)

Supporting my local driveshaft shop. 5th Ave gets a 8.25” w/ sure grip & 3.23 gears this weekend; F$*king finally. Waiting for my driveshaft to pass balance and I got everything I need.

Place HAD good windows; second pane of glass stopped and seemingly fragmented a bullet. Chicago is, neat, lol.

All balanced. Only $80 for ujoints and balance, said he’ll build me a new one if I can twist this one. Gonna break in the 8.25” with the 318,once it’s good for some abuse, I’ll drop in the 5.9mag I’ve been sitting on.

Do you still have the 904 transmission? I was dead set on 3.07 gears in the rear when I get to that point, but after considering the fact I won't be hitting the 85 or over speeds much with the Fifth, I may go to 3.21 instead. I wondered if the 904 would handle those rpm's well. I'm sure the 318 can do it, but the transmission I wasn't so sure on.

Here's a progress pic of the fuel injection system being installed on mine. 2 years to get to this point lol. I'd rather have it done right though. Progress has stalled though and the car's been outside since the place went under new ownership. I'll be stopping by later today to get an update on it, find out what they need ($$$) to get it back in. Front suspension looks to be nearly finished, but I couldn't get any good pics of it. I will say the Firm Feel tubular uppers look very nice on it.

I have the a999 variant, I’m sure it will hold up fine. I went with a 3.21 gear set and sure grip when I had my rear end built a few years ago.
If you think the tubular control arms look nice, just wait till you take some corners at speed. The difference in handling is night and day. Gets rid of so much flex. I still need to weld in the lower control arm stiffening plates on my car and burn in the sub frame connectors I have in the garage.

even I question the states lack of vehicle safety inspections on ‘96 and older vehicles when you see things like this on the road.
