Guy had me until he started rocking out Creed.
Lol, They’re unfortunately going through a huge spike in popularity again and are the sound track to about a quarter of the videos circulating social media now.

He made an illegal turn. You're supposed to turn into the nearest lane, and then if it's clear, SIGNAL and move to the other lane. Of course if there's multiple turn lanes, you stay in that lane (don't change lanes in the intersection). Not to mention he left the scene of a crash.

Reasons I'm always nervous to take my Aspen out.

Fifth Avenue driver for not looking in his mirrors and signaling when changing lanes. cammer seems to be speeding but i can't say for certain. Fifth driver should have looked when merging and changed lanes to behind the cam car. i see people in the comments blaming the cammer but it is an honest mistake to assume the merging cars will yield to you. i don't believe the Fifth is leaving the scene. seems he is about to make a U turn to return to the scene and get out of the middle of the road. honest mistakes on both ends happy the Fifth wasn't damaged and no one is injured

Honest mistakes? Nope. Illegal merge and speeding. An "honest mistake" implies a lack of culpability. Looks like that 5th ave rear bumper hooked that car's front bumper cover just right though!

In Chicago this will end up being a ‘ no fault ‘case. Everyone failed to control their vehicle to prevent a collision, both will pay their deductible if they want their car fixed and you’ll have to take it to small claims to recoup damages from the at fault party.
