Hard to believe the season is over already, seems like it just started.
On the wiring. Waaaay back around 1982, a friend of mine bought a '65 Satellite bracket car. It was already drag only. First thing we did after seeing how the genius he bought it from did the wiring was tear every inch of it out and start over, doing it the right way.
None if the wires were secured, and the splices were just twisted together and taped, some with actual electrical tape, others with duct tape. It was ridiculous. That was when we decided to go over every square inch of the car. Ended up spending many hours decobbling it so as he put it "so I won't die at 120 mph". Fortunately, he didn't pay top dollar for the car though. If your curious, it ran in the high 11's with a 383 auto.

parts are starting to gather up for the wiring overhaul. Can’t wait to get all the old horrible wiring out of the car.
