It got to late to be grinding and pounding on the Hellraiser so I took apart the rear of the Blackbird. Here are some pics of the cancer.

Well, better at home than out on the street.

That is so true. I cut a thicker peice of metal for the bracket and made sure it was bare clean metal before I welded it again. its got good welds on it now. Works really well. Where I have it makes the clutch feel heavy since the master cylinder hooks up so low on the pedal. But IMHO a Hyd clutch feels to flimsy when you also have mechanical advantage, The loss of Mechanical advantage through leverage on the master cylinder give the pedal more of a stock feel.

if you look at the body line on a 2 door volare it is VERY similar to that Barracuda. on the side profile only of course. wouldn't it be cool to make a early 70's Barracuda front clip for the F bodies. I wonder if there are any A-body bumpers that are a close enough fit for our cars.

Got the tail light panel chopped enough to fit in today its not welded in yet and patched about half the rust holes in the trunk...
