Exactly.2015 was 10 years ago. When you go to a junkyard and think you see lots of "new" cars that aren't really new, it's a sign that you're getting old

Congratulations!!!!!!!!You may have noticed, I haven’t been particularly active with actual car posts lately. Last year I had to start a new job that put me on the road 50% of the time and when I’m home, well, the car had been put on the back burner; And in, January we learned something that really put a damper on car projects for the year…I can finally share with ya’ll:

Ford has been doing stuff wrong for years now. I still can't believe the goofy cost saving measure on the 4.0 Rangers where they used the same cylinder head on both sides of the engine and just mounted one side backwards with its own timing chain in the rear of the engine. Not to mention the 3.5 Eco Boost is nothing but trouble and expensive to un-trouble usually. Don't miss working on them one tiny bit.
My '08 Mustang has the 4.0 SOHC. Fortunately, by 2008 they had the timing chain failure problem solved.Ford has been doing stuff wrong for years now.
